& Privacy Policy

By accessing or using the services provided by frozy.lol (referred to collectively as the "Service"), you hereby agree to abide by these Terms of Service, including all terms and policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to comply with these terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and frozy.lol ("we", "us", "our", "the Service"). By creating an account, accessing any page, or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service, and your parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to:

• Verify age — Request proof of age at any time and suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
• Terminate access — Immediately terminate accounts of users who are found to be under 13 or who have misrepresented their age.
• Refuse service — Refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

When you create an account on frozy.lol, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality — Keeping your password and account credentials secure.
• All activities — Any and all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notification — Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You may not use as a username:

• The name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person.
• A name that is subject to any rights of another person without appropriate authorization.
• A name that is offensive, vulgar, or otherwise violates our Prohibited Conduct policy.

You retain ownership — You maintain full ownership of all content you post, upload, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content from you to us.

License grant — By posting User Content, you grant frozy.lol a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of operating, providing, improving, and promoting the Service.

Representations — You affirm, represent, and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish your User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.
• Your User Content complies with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Content removal — We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor all User Content. We may remove or refuse to display any User Content that we believe violates these terms, applicable laws, or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate permanent suspension of your account, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Scamming — Any form of fraud, deception, or scam targeting other users or third parties.
• Doxxing — Publishing, sharing, or threatening to share private or personal information of any individual without their explicit consent.
• Leaking — Sharing private pictures, personal information, or confidential data of someone without authorization.
• DDoS discussions — Discussing, promoting, or coordinating DDoS attacks or any other form of cyberattacks.
• View botting — Artificially inflating profile views, link clicks, or any other engagement metrics, whether your own or others'.
• Impersonation — Impersonating frozy.lol staff, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Harassment — Harassing, threatening, bullying, or intimidating other users.
• Illegal content — Posting or sharing content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or violates any applicable law.
• Malicious code — Uploading viruses, malware, or any other malicious code designed to harm the Service or its users.

We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Information we collect:

• Personal Information — When you register, we collect your username, email address, and hashed password. This is the minimum required to create and maintain your account.
• IP Address — We automatically collect your IP address when you access the Service, for security, analytics, and abuse prevention purposes.
• Usage Data — We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, links clicked, time spent, and other diagnostic data.
• Device Information — We may collect information about your device, including browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR):

After account deletion, certain information may be retained in our archives for up to 90 days to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

You have the right to request the deletion of your account at any time. To request account deletion:

• Include your username and the email address associated with your account in your request.
• Verification of identity may be required before processing the deletion.

Upon your verified request, we will:

• Delete your account and remove your personal information from our active database.
• Deactivate or anonymize your username so it may become available for other users.
• Remove or anonymize your profile content and links.

Exceptions: Certain information may be retained in our archives to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. This retained information will be minimized and stored securely, with restricted access.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Warranties that any defects or errors will be corrected.
• Warranties that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall frozy.lol, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any damages arising from or relating to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any content obtained through the Service, including User Content.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

This limitation of liability applies to all damages, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
• Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

As frozy.lol is currently a free service with no paid tiers, this refund policy applies to any future purchases or donations that may be introduced.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or simply not using the Service. By completing a purchase, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for these reasons.

Exceptions: We may offer refunds or replacements within 7 days of purchase if:

• The product or service is faulty or not functioning as described.
• The product or service cannot be accessed properly due to a technical error on our end.
• The purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us through the methods listed in Section 17.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes through:

• A notice on the Service (e.g., banner or popup).
• An email notification to the address associated with your account (if applicable).
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, except where otherwise specified. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and request account deletion.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through the following process:

• Informal resolution — First, contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
• Arbitration — If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
• Jurisdiction — The courts of Warsaw, Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims that are not subject to arbitration.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Owner rights: The owners and operators of frozy.lol (collectively "Owners") reserve all rights not expressly granted to users in these terms. The Owners have the right to:

• Modify the Service — Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
• Manage terms — Update, modify, or change these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time, as described in Section 15.
• Manage user data — Access, process, and manage user data as described in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable law.
• Enforce policies — Investigate and enforce violations of these terms, including suspending or terminating accounts.
• Transfer ownership — Transfer ownership of the Service to a third party, in which case user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
• Refuse service — Refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, at our sole discretion.
